The Correspondence & Memos folders contain letters and notes between Staff Council members and to/from university officers. It may also contain reports, planning documents, handbooks, recommendations and policies involving the University, the Colleges, and staff. The Minutes inutes folders contain the minutes of the Staff Council and related committees, plus all available and pertinent documents discussed during those meetings. If a copy of the minutes does not exist, the agenda, if available, is used in its place.
